CAMP FEES: Camp fees include a t-shirt. Resident fees include meals and housing. Commuter fees include lunch and dinner where applicable. To reserve your space in the Cyclone Women's Basketball Camp, visit the REGISTER ONLINE page. Full payment is required to register.
FACILITIES: Excellent Iowa State University facilities will be used for all instruction sessions. Elite camp will be held at Sukup Basketball Complex. Position and Day camps will still be at Lied Recreation Center. The Lied Recreation Center houses 20 basketball courts.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in for Elite Camp will be at the Sukup Basketball Complex. Details will be included in the confirmation packet and will be emailed to campers one month prior to the start of camp.
Position Camp will be held at Maple-Willow-Larch. Details will be included in the confirmation packet to be emailed after registration of your camper.
Check-in for Day Camp will be @ Lied Recreation Center. More information will be emailed to campers one month prior to the start of camp.
WHAT TO BRING: Campers must wear basketball shoes and comfortable clothing for the basketball sessions. Also, campers should bring leisure clothes, alarm clock and personal articles if they are staying overnight in the dorms. Bedding is provided. Do not bring your own basketball.
HOUSING: Elite Camp will be housed at TBD.
Position (overnight) campers are housed, two to a room, in the Maple-Willow-Larch Residence Halls on the Iowa State Campus. Room assignment will be made in advance. If you have a roommate preference, please indicate the name of the person you wish to stay with in the designated area during the registration process. Please have your roommate preference list your name in their registration as well.
MEALS: All meals will be provided for resident campers. Commuter campers will be provided with lunch and dinner where applicable, but will be responsible for their own breakfast.
IMPORTANT FOR PARENTS: After the camper has registered, a camper packet including directions, a release form, and check-in information will be sent to each participant. Note: Completed and signed release forms must be on file to participate. No exceptions will be made. A physician's signature is not required on the medical form if a copy of a recent physical is attached. The physical must be dated within one year of the camp.
HEALTH & INSURANCE: The parent / guardian's personal or injury insurance policy will be utilized as the primary insurance for the treatment of injuries and hospitalization of illness or injuries incurred during these sports camps.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Administrative commitments require a $100 nonrefundable deposit for the Elite Camp and Position Camp. Administrative commitments require a full payment to register for Day Camp and Shooting Camps. If the camp fee is paid in full and application is withdrawn 14 days or more before the start of the camp, you will receive a refund less the $100 deposit. No refunds will be issued within the 14 days prior to the first day of camp. The camp fee during this time frame is non-refundable and covers our cost of housing, meals, facilities, and instructors fees of camp. Refunds for campers who leave due to injury or illness during camp will require a written doctor's statement. All refund requests must be submitted to the camp office in writing within thirty (30) days from the last day of camp. Should you leave camp due to injury or illness a portion of the camp fee will be refunded.
